What are your rates?

Since all images and orders are unique, we prefer high-resolution photos with a brief description of what you need to improve before starting work. If you are not sure what you want to do with the photos, we are ready to offer a solution and enhancement. After we consider the scope of the work and come up with a plan, we will provide you with the assigned price and deadlines for the project. We will work with your files to achieve the best results.

Do you offer test image retouching for free?

Yes. Exclusively new customers will find a special offer – a sample test photo for free.

What resolution and file format do you require?

We work with Raw, Jpg, Jpeg, Tiff, Psd, and Psb files. As for resolution, the higher – the better.

What payment methods do you prefer?

We prefer PayPal, Payoner, direct bank transfer, and Upwork.

How much time do you need to complete the work?

Each order has a different lead time. For example, an order of 5-10 photos takes 24-48 hours on average.

What transfer method can I use to send you the files for retouching?

You can use any method of file transfer that is convenient for you. For instance, Dropbox, Google Drive, Wetransfer, or email.

What if I prefer the privacy and confidentiality of my photos and do not want you to use them before/after on social media or a website?

We value our reputation and do not use photos without the prior consent of our client.

How do I get proofs of retouched photos?

We will provide you with high-resolution watermarked proofs via Wetransfer, Dropbox, or Google drive.

When will I receive the final retouched photos?

Same day or the next day after all payments are completed.

Do you provide express services?

Yes, it is possible, but an additional fee will be added to the order, which depends on the amount of work and the time the order was made.

What if I need to cancel or pause the retouching service?

In this case, you should contact us immediately because, if the order is already in progress, we will have to discuss payment for the already completed part of the order.
