Crystal Waters is a house and dance music singer and songwriter, who was born and raised in New Jersey. She moved to Washington, D.C to attend Howard University. This successful vocalist and songwriter is well known for her hits: "Gypsy Woman" and "100% Pure Love," which earned her three American Music Award nominations and a place on the Billboard Hot 100 for 48 weeks.
